Why?

Why must the society we live in pick people to be its victims?

Why must the children of today be pushed down?

Why must we ignore all the problems or we just kick them aside?

Why must our society to be uncooperative and lacking?

Why must we live in the dark?

I say save those victims from the insults and expectations.

I say instead of saying you can be whatever you want to be but limiting

what they can do,

we open the gates of the world.

I say we don’t need to conform but break free.

I say live your way and experience life or listen to all the critics and

conform and slowly die on the inside.

I say live in the light.

I wrote this after I heard a couple songs by a band called the Flobots. I believe in being yourself and breaking away from the crowd.
